Selective integration of acceleration/task-dedup (d080b39).

That branch's own contribution (three-dot vs merge-base b0c74a6) was mise-only: split [tasks.ci] from a single cargo check leaf into a build leaf plus a ci aggregate.

Retained in the accepted shape (tailrocks/tracing-request-level#31): disjoint install/build/test/lint/fmt leaves, with ci as a depends-only local aggregate. Ruxel flags and fmt-fix preserved.

After merge and main verification, acceleration/task-dedup will be lease-deleted at the reviewed SHA.
