Can't install from .deb file

Can't install from .deb file. AvLinux MXE. Reports an error about the wrong packaging format.

As I’m not a true Linux user. I build and test with Ubuntu and WSL based Ubuntu.

I’ll try to arrange a VM with this distro.

Also any log would be useful. Thank you.

There's an error message:

That is, if you make the files copied to the .VST/.VST3/.LV2 folders on that distro using static libs, they will probably work on most Linux distros.
