Four places state how many lint rules there are, and all are stale. rules/ holds ten files (mov-001 to 006, 008, 011, 012, 013), and two of the descriptions also leave out MOV-013.

lint.mjs loads every rules/mov-*.mjs at run time, so a hand-written count can only go stale. It has: it was synced to nine once, then MOV-013 landed. This drops the numbers rather than bumping them to ten.

  • README.md install tree: "(all nine, needed for --lint)" becomes "(every rule file, needed for --lint)".
  • SKILL.md description: "9 rules, 10 checks:" becomes "every rule in rules/, e.g.", so the listed rules read as examples.
  • action.yml lint input: the "(9 rules: …)" list becomes "(every rule in rules/)".
  • eval/gate-selftest/README.md case 11: "All 9 lint rules" becomes "Nine of the lint rules", noting MOV-013 is pinned by case 23. Case 11 imports exactly those nine.

Left alone: package.json line 4 says "10 lint rules (MOV-001–013)". It is true today and it is your line, so I didn't touch it, but it will drift at the next rule.

…d one

The loader reads every rules/mov-*.mjs, and a written count has gone stale each
time a rule was added (the README said "all nine" with ten rule files present).
README, SKILL.md and action.yml now say "every rule" instead of a number, and
the selftest README no longer claims case 11 covers all rules. package.json is
left to the maintainer.
