Replace paprium.bin with the permitted Lemongrwab banner (logo inverted for Analogue's blue house style; character shading preserved). Credit in README, INSTALL, info.txt, and docs; add scripts/make_platform_lemongrwab.py for reproducible conversion.

Pocket's platform list displays greyscale even when the .bin is Analogue house blue, so keep Lemongrwab's dark-on-light tones. Letterbox onto white 521x165 (fit) so the full logo and character are preserved.
