Proposal: Think about adding tfpolicy version management

HashiCorp recently introduced tfpolicy, a CLI for checking Terraform policies locally before applying them to workspaces.

tenv could support installing and switching tfpolicy versions through the existing product option.

Currently, users must install it separately. Since tfpolicy is closely related to Terraform, managing both tools through tenv would make local and CI environments easier to maintain.
