Added multi language support and number formatting

• Added multi lang support from among these languages: English (en) , Chinese (zh) , Hindu (hi) , Spanish (es) , Arabic (ar) , French (fr) , Bengali (bn) , Portugal (pr) , Russian (ru) , Urdu (ur) , Japanese (ja)
• Format the numbers to match with the languages
• Added api/index (outside src) for easy deployement to vercel

(same params as previous, it accepts lang as an additional for the language, default to english if missing or language not supported)
