TL;DR

Collapsed tool groups now preserve useful live progress without leaving completed turns expanded.

Issue

  • Collapsed groups hide all tool activity during active turns
  • Users cannot see recent progress without opening full transcript

Fix

  • Show the latest five calls while a turn is active
  • Collapse the group when the turn finishes
  • Preserve every call in the full transcript
