Compiling this and trying to add it as a reference in C# project

I am trying to compile my own version of this where I disabled the io and os libs. I am trying to add it to my project now and I get this invalid reference error.


Can you explain how you compile and use this so I can compare what I am doing?

I realized I can just disable them by overwriting the libs... However I still want to compile my own version of lua.
