The repository now documents the application entirely as the Git-managed Vue site deployed by Cloudflare Pages. The README explains the content compiler, local workflow, exact Pages settings, content locations, and custom-domain setup without migration history.

Repository cleanup also removes unused design artifacts and unreferenced source images, drops Docker-only files and development-host configuration, replaces the copied multi-language ignore templates with one project-specific file, and gives the npm package a descriptive name.

Developer profile photos are resized to 800 px wide and encoded as quality-88 progressive JPEGs. This is roughly three times their maximum rendered width and reduces the profile-photo payload from 68 MB to 2 MB. Full-page backgrounds and article/presentation images remain unchanged.

Validation:

  • exact Node.js 24.21.0 build
  • content validation: 2 cities, 6 locations, 5 articles
  • npm audit --audit-level=high: 0 vulnerabilities
  • local Markdown links: 0 broken
  • all 14 profile images load and retain the same 280 × 280 rendered dimensions
  • before/after About page screenshots retain the same 1440 × 4174 layout with 0.9961 SSIM
  • all common generated assets other than the entry HTML remain byte-identical; the deployable build shrinks from 86.8 MB to 20.7 MB
