This PR adds Movar to the "Projects that #StandWithUkraine" list.
Movar is a free, open-source, cross-browser extension that keeps the internet in the user's preferred language. It prioritizes Ukrainian, uses English as fallback, and steers search engines and multilingual sites away from Russian when they ignore the user's language preference.
It already carries the StandWithUkraine banner/badge in its README:
