Mirrors the existing theme field: open String(10) column, defaults to "ru", no backend enum so the frontend can extend supported languages freely.
Adds `student_name_override` so a tutor can rename a classroom's displayed student name (registration names aren't always meaningful), without touching the actual registered student_name. Ref: xi-effect/xi.progress#191
Already covered by test_individual_classroom_updating, which sends name_override on every run via the patch factory.
