install_yomitan_api.py assigns wrong platform when using WSL2

platform_data_get assigns "linux" when using WSL2. Since there isn't even any behavior when the platform when Linux is the platform, nothing happens. I can fix this by changing the function to recognize when the user is in WSL2

Why would you ever be running this through WSL2?

I was just running the commands through WSL2 and changing some of the code. When on my windows device I just default to using WSL2

If there is a very clean way to make this work and detect WSL2 that won't ever screw up regular Linux support, I can consider it. The default python sys.platform is being used to detect this currently.

But the user has to have the windows version of python installed for the api server script to work so I feel like it makes more sense for the user to run the installer that way too.

The built-in module platform would need to be imported, then this line could be added to the beginning of platform_data_get:

platform_id = "win32" if sys.platform == "linux" and "microsoft" in platform.release().lower() else sys.platform

Then use platform_id in place of sys.platform for the alias check.

I do see your point it does make more sense for the user to run the installer that way
