User managed to create an "event" with a datetime of "Invalid Date"

User reported an error relating to how the various browsers handle date formats differently.

Now using this Date Format (in hopes of cross-browser compliance):
new Date(year, month, day, hours, minutes, seconds, milliseconds)

Instead of:
new Date(year + "-" + month + "-" + day + " " + hour + ":" + min)

NOTE: This still needs to be tested under [Firefox on Windows]
