Since Milvus 2.6, CDC / cross-cluster replication is maintained in the main milvus-io/milvus repository as built-in WAL-based PRIMARY/SECONDARY replication. Announce in the README that this repo is archived. Signed-off-by: huanghaoyuanhhy <haoyuan.huang@zilliz.com>

Since Milvus 2.6, CDC (change data capture / cross-cluster replication) has been moved into the main repository milvus-io/milvus as built-in WAL-based PRIMARY/SECONDARY replication.
