A value continued with a backslash works with LF line endings but is truncated when the same file uses CRLF; the next value line can then be parsed as part of the next key. Consume the full CRLF pair as a continuation, including when ordinary escape decoding is disabled. Add regressions for both escape settings, comments between continued lines, and preservation of the following key.
Validation on macOS / Rust 1.98.1: both new tests failed before the fix and pass afterward. The complete default, inline-comment and case-insensitive test configurations pass (70/71/71 unit tests plus 3 doctests each). The additional all-features run has one existing BOM test failure, independently reproduced at the unmodified base. Strict Clippy and rustfmt encounter existing issues outside the patch; Clippy passes with only the three existing lint classes allowed. No MSRV or Windows execution was performed.
