test: ignore starlette BlockingPortal deprecation under -W error (#1871) - #1916

Keep addopts = -v -W error. Filter the exact anyio.abc.BlockingPortal alias message so Dependabot uv-minor-patch can merge; drop via #1915 when starlette ships Kludex/starlette#3498.
