Reads the Reminders Core Data stores in each home folder, under Library/Reminders/Container_v1/Stores (older macOS) and the group.com.apple.reminders container (newer macOS). One row per reminder with title, notes, list, account, creation, modification, due and completion dates, flag, priority, parent reminder, the last banner presentation time and the ModifiedByDevice value of the reminder's CloudKit record. In the older layout reminders share ZREMCDOBJECT with other entities and some property names get numbered columns (ZTITLE1), so the column for each property is worked out from the model the store caches in Z_MODELCACHE. An all-day due date is reported as a date, and a due time only when the store records its time zone. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds a Reminders artifact for macOS. Reads the Reminders stores in each home folder, in the older layout (Library/Reminders, reminders kept in ZREMCDOBJECT) and the newer one (the group.com.apple.reminders container):
Columns are resolved from the model each store caches, since the older layout numbers shared column names. All-day due dates are reported as dates, and due times only when the store records a time zone.
