* Restore Tidelift funding config and add Tidelift notes Bring back .github/FUNDING.yml (removed in #1718) so the repo's Sponsor button links to the Tidelift subscription again, and add a "Ransack for enterprise" section plus the Tidelift security contact to the README and the docs home page.
