- git: move branch-check into an independent top section so it is not buried in the commit bullet list - grill-me: adopt the decision-table review flow (with when_to_use for self-invocation) as the shared template
Drop the trailing full-width period from ordered list items 4-5 (jtf 1.1.3 requires consistent punctuation with sibling items), use a full-width question mark, and spell out "1つ" instead of "一つ" (jtf 2.2.2 numeral convention).
