Enhance Checkbox and Radio Styling
Changes:
Improve styling for checkbox and radio components by adding a 'disabled' look with a non-interactive cursor.
Why:
Enhances user experience by clearly indicating the disabled state.
Prevents unintended interactions with disabled checkboxes and radio buttons.
